Smooth Law welcomes a brand new Flight Compensation department to its team.

Every year it is estimated that over 30 million EU air passengers suffer a flight delay or cancellation, with only 9% of them knowing their rights

Passengers who have experienced a delayed or cancelled flight within the last six years who either flew with an EU Airline or departed from an EU Country may qualify for up to £540 per passenger*.

The rules on Flight Compensation are simple; if you arrive at your final destination three or more hours delayed and you were travelling on an EU Airline or to an EU destination, you and the other passengers can potentially reclaim up to €600 per person.
